What is Service2Civilian Pathway
Service2Civilian (S2C) is a 501(c)(3) tax‑exempt, veteran‑led, public‑benefit organization that supports the transition of service members, veterans, and their spouses into civilian life. Serving as an intermediary, it connects transitioning families with state and federal benefits guidance, to include Veterans Compensation, mental‑health awareness support, transition mentoring/sponsorship, financial readiness education, apprenticeships, and job opportunities in the communities where they plan to live. By turning mandatory transition steps into structured learning, Service2Civilian helps translate military skills into recognized civilian competencies, college credit, and sustainable, preferred employment paths.
Mission
S2C's mission is to support the transition of service members, veterans, and their spouses into civilian life by helping them to secure sustainable, preferred employment and apprenticeship opportunities while fully using their benefits and prior learning. Through educational, charitable, and community‑based programs, S2C works to improve the quality of life, reduce preventable hardship, and strengthen families and communities as military members return to civilian society
Purpose
S2C is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its purpose is to provide transition support and services—including apprenticeship opportunities, job placement support, financial, mental health and benefits education, and connections to further education—for service members, veterans, and their families, in order to promote successful, sustainable transitions to civilian life for the public benefit.

Empowering communities through education, efficiency and innovation
Education
Providing valuable resources and training for future leaders through our faith-based micro-school program and our public school work ready program. Our programs are regionally accredited through third-party providers. Our competency-based work-ready program is built on a foundation of American College of Education (ACE) evaluation.
Apprenticeships
As a non-profit intermediary, we connect aspiring professionals with hands-on experience and community mentorship through partnership, apprenticeship.
We build a program specific to your business and your business benefits from the plethora of incentives for participation from state and federal programs.
Job Placement-Partnership
Employers are able to work with us to help find their future leaders, support an employees and can feel comfortable that they have been appropriately vetted.
Not only apprenticeships but also full and part-time and executive placement.
Service 2 Civilian Pathways (S2C)-Partnership
The Soldier to Civilian Pathways (S2C) program helps service members and their families transition from their military service into civilian life. It combines ACE-approved work-ready programs and certificates with personalized career support, giving participants college-recognized credit and in-demand workforce skills. Service members also gain opportunities to lead and manage CAM Pathways initiatives in their own communities, building local impact while they transition.
